Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026 · Early-access / testing stage

wikiTaTa ("we", "us") provides a project-memory and context system for AI-assisted work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the service.

Information we collect

Cookies & consent

We use a consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and tracking cookies load only after you click Accept. You can reject or change your choice at any time; rejecting clears known analytics cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies (security, functionality) are always on.

How we use information

Processors we use

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run wikiTaTa: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS verification), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), Google (Analytics/Tag Manager). We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights (incl. EU/UK GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@wikitata.com.

Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request or within a reasonable period after account closure. Analytics retention is limited (Google Analytics set to 14 months).

wikiTaTa is in an early-access testing stage. This policy will be updated as the product and our data practices mature; material changes will be posted here.
