About
wikiTaTa started out of frustration with how much AI agents forget. They're brilliant in a single conversation and amnesiac the next morning — context lost, decisions re-litigated, the same questions asked for the third time that week.
That's not an intelligence problem. That's a memory problem. So we built the memory.
What wikiTaTa is
wikiTaTa is a personal intelligence system — every project, task, decision, contact, secret, and note you care about, stored as a structured card. Cards are the unit. Your AI agents read from them, write to them, and propose updates instead of forgetting. The system is yours: your data, your scopes, your tenants, your choice of agents.
- Project memory. Sessions persist. Handoffs are durable. New conversations pick up where the last one left off.
- Multi-agent. Bring your own (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, local Ollama). Agents share the same workspace, the same cards, and the same scopes — and they disagree usefully.
- Secrets done right. Vault-first; plaintext never crosses the agent boundary. Capability tokens, sealed-box paste, keychain-only on consumer devices.
- Your workflow. Cards, checklists, directives, notes, files. Search across all of it. Pop out any card into its own window. Favorite anything. Settings that actually change behavior.
Who we are
wikiTaTa is built by a small team that thinks in terms of long horizons — what your second year of use looks like, not just your first session. We're based in the United States, write our own code, choose our own infrastructure, and don't sell your data.
