By accessing or using wikiTaTa (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who operates wikiTaTa

wikiTaTa is operated by TMC555, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. wikiTaTa is a product of TMC555, LLC, not a separate company. Our business address is TMC555, LLC · 737 Huntington Ave · Boston, MA 02115 · United States, and we can be reached at hello@wikitata.com.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TMC555, LLC. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and if you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is required at sign-in. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts that misuse the Service. Tell us promptly at hello@wikitata.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to breach security or disrupt the Service.
• No uploading of content you don't have the right to store.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or providing service-bureau access to the Service without our written consent.
• No automated scraping or load that degrades the Service for other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, with notice where the circumstances allow.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create — your cards, notes, tasks and project data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

You may export your content at any time while your account is active, and for 30 days after it closes.

Billing & paid plans

The Service is currently free. Early access is invite-only and no charges apply — we do not collect payment details, and there is nothing to cancel. The terms below take effect only when paid plans launch, and we will publish prices on Pricing and notify account holders before any charge is ever made.

• Pricing and currency — all plans are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The exact price, billing frequency and what it includes are shown before you subscribe.
• Payment processing — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Charges appear on your statement as "TMC555".
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are never charged again after cancelling. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
• Price changes — we give at least 30 days' email notice before any price increase takes effect, so you can cancel before the new rate applies.
• Non-payment — we may suspend a paid subscription after written notice, and restore it once the balance clears.
• Taxes — prices exclude sales, use, VAT, GST and similar taxes, which are added where we are required to collect them.

Refunds, cancellation windows and dispute handling are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Any binding uptime commitment must be stated in a written service-level agreement. During free early access, no uptime commitment applies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms, or discontinue the Service entirely — if we discontinue a paid Service, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid term. On termination you may export your content for 30 days as described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

For paid plans, our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Because early access is free, our aggregate liability for the free tier is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

These limits do not apply to our fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — where TMC555, LLC is organized — without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts, where the company maintains its place of business.

Before filing any claim, please contact us at hello@wikitata.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter in good faith.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. For changes affecting an active paid subscription, we notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
