Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using wikiTaTa (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These are general terms for the current testing stage and will be updated (including pricing terms) as the product matures.
⚠ Important: testing-stage software
wikiTaTa is in an active testing / beta stage and is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
- The Service may change, break, lose features, or be interrupted at any time without notice.
- wikiTaTa is not responsible for any loss of data, corruption, downtime, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service during this stage.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important. Do not rely on the Service as a sole system of record for critical data.
By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this testing-stage risk.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is required at sign-in. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to breach security or disrupt the Service.
- No uploading of content you don't have the right to store.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Pricing
Early access is currently free during the testing stage. Paid plans and the corresponding billing terms will be added to these Terms before any charges apply. See Pricing.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wikiTaTa disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
